Owner Brief

At a glance

• Three one-line recaps first, then only your decisions, or "No action needed."
• Never without your OK: sending to anyone but you, or changing any agent's setup.
• Wrong recipients, unrecorded payments and waiting complaints reach you right away.

Model fit

Summarizing records you hand it is everyday-assistant work; switch to a deep-reasoning model when the week's records run long. It only needs to deliver the brief to you, so keep it away from send, booking and payment rights.

Settings that enforce it

• Give it read-only access to your agents' notes and records, or paste them in.
• Let it send to you only: one address or one chat, nothing else.
• Keep one dated list of what each agent is supposed to deliver, and update it when a job changes.
• Keep the records it used attached to every brief, so you can open any line.
• If your tool can't do one of these, leave that part of the job with a person.

One check before you trust it

Give it a week where one agent delivered nothing and another's summary says "sent" with no sent copy in the export. The brief should list both under expected vs delivered, give the zero a reason or "reason unknown", and not call the second one sent.
