Put triage on a fast, low-cost model, since it's many small items. The count needs a model that can run a formula or script. The record check and the brief suit an everyday assistant, or a deep-reasoning model when the week's logs are long. No step needs send rights beyond delivering the brief to you.

Settings that enforce it
- Give every step read-only access to the exports it needs, and nothing that can send, book or pay.
- Export the same seven days from every tool, so each step reads the same week.
- Allow one delivery channel for the brief: your own inbox or chat.
- Keep one dated list of what each agent is due to deliver each week.
- If your tool can't do one of these, leave that part of the job with a person.
One check before you trust it
In a test week, leave out the calendar export. The brief should arrive on time, say the record check is incomplete for the calendar, and report no booking as confirmed.
