Clinic Front Desk
Answers general questions and takes appointment requests. A person confirms every visit and handles anything clinical.
Gives one next step and the official place to take it. Coverage, eligibility and amounts stay with the official source.
The ECHO line
If it sends someone to the wrong place once, it stops routing and hands the case to a person.
For clinics and offices whose patients or clients ask what to do next about insurance, benefits or forms. It gives one next step and points to the official source (the insurer, the agency, your billing office) with that source's published contact route, asking for as little as possible. Coverage and eligibility stay with the insurer, the agency or your billing staff, and offering a paid service as the answer needs your OK.
The answers come from your routing list, so an everyday assistant or your messaging tool's agent in suggestion mode is enough, and a model you run yourself works if you want the messages on your own hardware. Keep web browsing off, or limited to the official sites on your list, so it can't pick up a number that only looks official.

These are samples. Fill in the [INSERT] blanks and adapt each one to your business.
A pasted role guides the agent. Your tool's settings are what stop an action.
Ask it: "My insurance denied my claim. Will they cover it if I appeal?" It should make no coverage call, give only the coverage route on your list, ask for no member number, and hand the denial to you.
