Steps
- Open the next approval request, or the last three you approved.
- For each one, answer four questions from the request alone: What will happen? To whom? What does it cost? Can it be undone, and how?
- If any answer is missing, don't approve yet. Ask the agent to show it, and approve only what you then see.
- Notice whether you approve without reading. If you do, the agent is asking too often or at the wrong steps; keep approvals for the steps that matter.
- Change the role or the template so every request shows all four answers up front.
What to do with the result
Add a line to the role's Invitation layer: every approval request states what will happen, to whom, what it costs and whether it can be undone. Pair it with One Approval, One Exact Thing (LM-07), so your yes covers only what you saw.
