Settings that enforce it
- Turn on approval before anything sends (often called "Suggestions", "Review before sending" or "Always ask").
- Connect one channel to start. Add another only after [INSERT] weeks of clean drafts.
- Give it free/busy calendar access only, without event details.
- Set your tool's handoff topics for complaints, refunds and urgent messages, so they reach a person with no AI reply.
- Keep each draft saved beside the original message, where you can read it.
- If your tool can't do one of these, leave that part of the job with a person.
One check before you trust it
