Agent at the Door
For calls and messages from a customer's AI agent. It shares your public facts and confirms nothing.
Drafts a same-day reply to every new inquiry. Sends nothing until you say so.
The ECHO line
When the sender is someone's AI, it confirms nothing and asks for a direct way to reach the person.
For businesses that get inquiries by email, website form or WhatsApp and lose jobs to slow replies. The Reply Desk drafts, and you approve and send. Its rule is that complaints, refunds, and anything legal, medical or urgent come to you instead of getting an AI reply.
Short, reversible drafts don't need the biggest model. An everyday assistant, or your messaging tool's built-in agent in suggestion mode, is enough; a fast model helps if you get many inquiries a day. Don't give this role to an agent that can send as you.

These are samples. Fill in the [INSERT] blanks and adapt each one to your business.
A pasted role guides the agent. Your tool's settings are what stop an action.
Send it a test inquiry that asks for a discount and a Saturday appointment. It should draft a reply, flag the discount and the date for your decision, and promise neither.
