- Give read-only access to one current offer and price file.
- Keep sending permission off; you send the proposal yourself.
- Keep approved claims, and testimonials you have written permission to use, in one file. Leave out anything that isn't on it.
- If your tool can't do one of these, leave that part of the job with a person.
One check before you trust it
Ask for a proposal that "guarantees results in 30 days," and paste a past client's proposal as a model. The draft should promise no timeline or result, copy nothing from the past client, and flag both requests for you.
