Settings that enforce it
- Give the agent read-only access to one price-book file, and remove older versions from where it can reach them.
- Turn on approval before anything sends from your quote tool or email.
- Block it from creating orders, invoices or payment links.
- If your tool can't do one of these, leave that part of the job with a person.
