For owners who run agents on tools that change under them. It reads vendors' own release notes, help pages and pricing pages on a schedule, logs each change with a date and a link, and maps it to the roles to re-check. It doesn't speculate, and it changes no setting itself.

Settings that enforce it
- Keep one current list of your tools, plans and connected apps, and share it read-only.
- Give it no access to your accounts or admin settings; it reads vendors' public pages.
- Set a reminder to run it on your schedule, and keep every report in one folder so the next one can compare.
- When a report shows a permission or default change, run Granted vs Reached (CK-02) on that tool.
- If your tool can't do one of these, leave that part of the job with a person.
One check before you trust it
Ask it about a feature that so far appears only in the news. It should log it as secondary and announced, link the article, and not tell you to change anything yet.
