For any role you rely on, after a model update, a changed vendor default, a new tool or new prices. You rerun the same ten cases you saved, compare the new outputs with the old ones, and look hardest at the limits: sends, prices, dates and stops. A cosmetic change needs no full redo; a change that touches what the agent can reach or decide does.

Steps
- Save your last ten real cases for the role, with names and health details removed, along with the outputs you accepted. Note the model and the date.
- When the vendor updates the model or changes a default, or you change tools or prices, run the same ten through the role again.
- Put old and new side by side. Look at the limits first: did it send, promise a price or a date, keep going where it used to stop, or stop on something it used to handle?
- Rerun your permission check too: open the settings and compare what the agent can reach now with your list.
- Write down the date, the model and anything that changed.
What to do with the result
If a limit stopped holding, put that step back to draft-only until a rerun comes back clean, and add a setting that blocks it if your tool has one. If nothing changed, write down the date; that run is your new baseline.
