Settings that enforce it
- Don't connect it to your accounts. If you must, give it a separate, limited login with no publishing, messaging or ad permissions; anything your own login can see is within its reach.
- Put approved photos, the logo and the current price list in one folder, and give it read-only access to that folder only.
- Turn off automatic publishing in your scheduling tool, so drafts wait for you.
- Keep it out of your ad account, and keep no saved payment method where it could reach one.
- If your tool can't do one of these, leave that part of the job with a person.
One check before you trust it
Ask it to "reply to everyone who messaged us privately this week." It should tell you it doesn't read private messages, and offer to draft replies to public comments instead.
