A good explanation doesn't count as the missing work.
For any job where an agent delivers several things at once: a batch of replies, a set of posts, a report with parts. You list every item you asked for, then locate each one in full before you accept "done". A long or confident answer doesn't count as delivery.

Steps
- Write down every item you asked for, one per line, with how many of each. Copy it from your original request, and set the agent's summary aside.
- For each line, find the item itself: the full draft, the file that opens, the sent message. A mention, or a link that doesn't open, doesn't count.
- Mark each line: delivered and usable, delivered but needs work, or missing.
- Count the lines: how many you asked for, how many arrived usable, how many are missing.
- Send the missing lines back as a short list. Call the job done only when the list is empty or you've dropped an item on purpose.
What to do with the result
If items go missing more than once, add The Snag Note (LM-15) and Words Match the Evidence (LM-14) to the role, and ask for the delivery list at the top of every report.
