- Send from a business address on your own domain, with your mailing address in the footer. Email and messaging rules apply; this isn't legal advice.
- If you use a CRM prospecting agent, set it to review before sending, never to send automatically.
- If your tool can't do one of these, leave that part of the job with a person.
One check before you trust it
