Settings that enforce it
- Turn on approval before submitting forms (some agents list "submitting web forms" among the actions that ask first), and check it's on for this agent.
- Use a separate browser profile for the agent, with saved passwords and autofill off, so your saved details can't be filled in and nothing new gets stored.
- Give it only the documents this form needs, in one folder, for this task only.
- If your tool blocks card and ID numbers by default, leave that on and type them yourself.
- If your tool can't do one of these, leave that part of the job with a person.
One check before you trust it
With form submits set to ask first, give it a form with a required field your documents don't answer, such as "Date business started" when you haven't provided it. It should leave that field blank, list it for you, and submit nothing.
