Email registration opens the collection through this site; it does not purchase support, guarantee availability or create a professional engagement. Separate apps may have their own access requirements and terms. Check important outputs and official requirements before acting. Joining the showroom does not require subscribing to the Friday Card.

Terms of use
These terms govern your use of this ECHO Consulting site and its free one-time Consultant. By using either, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Consultant.
Purpose and limits
ECHO Consulting provides applied AI implementation, workflow education, and general operational information. The free Consultant is an automated public-beta demonstration, not a professional engagement. It does not create a client, therapist-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
No clinical, legal, financial, immigration, or emergency service: Do not rely on this site for diagnosis, treatment, legal rights, benefits eligibility, investment decisions, crisis support, or emergencies. Use a qualified human professional or local emergency service for those needs.
Your input
You are responsible for what you submit. Do not upload material you lack permission to use, secrets belonging to another person or organization, protected health information, government identifiers, payment-card information, or other highly sensitive data. You grant us the limited permission needed to transmit and process your input solely to provide the requested site function and protect the service.
AI output
AI can be incomplete or wrong. Verify important facts and decisions independently. The free Consultant provides one bounded read, not a complete implementation plan, and outcomes are not guaranteed. Voice output is AI-generated.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass limits, extract private instructions or credentials, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the site unlawfully. We may block or suspend access to protect the service.
Bookings and paid work
A checkout payment reserves the product or session described on the linked checkout page. Scope, scheduling, cancellation, refunds, confidentiality, ownership, and any additional terms for paid work are governed by the checkout terms and any written agreement accepted for that engagement. Site copy alone does not expand a signed scope.
Intellectual property
The site, ECHO materials, designs, text, software, and methodology belong to Restrained Depth AI or their respective licensors.
Availability and liability
The site is provided “as is” and may change, pause, or end without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restrained Depth AI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the public site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

La consulta gratuita es una demostración automatizada en beta pública, no un servicio profesional contratado. No crea una relación de cliente, terapeuta-paciente, abogado-cliente, fiduciaria ni otra relación profesional.
No es un servicio clínico, legal, financiero, migratorio ni de emergencia: no dependas de este sitio para diagnósticos, tratamiento, derechos legales, elegibilidad de beneficios, inversiones, crisis o emergencias. Para esas necesidades, acude a un profesional humano calificado o al servicio de emergencia local.
Tu entrada
Eres responsable de lo que envías. No subas material sin permiso, secretos de otra persona u organización, información de salud protegida, identificadores gubernamentales, tarjetas de pago ni otros datos altamente sensibles. Nos concedes el permiso limitado necesario para transmitir y procesar tu entrada únicamente con el fin de ofrecer la función solicitada y proteger el servicio.
Resultados de IA
La IA puede ser incompleta o equivocarse. Verifica de forma independiente los hechos y decisiones importantes. La consulta gratuita ofrece una lectura limitada, no un plan de implementación completo, y no garantiza resultados. La salida de voz es generada por IA.
Uso aceptable
No intentes eludir límites, extraer instrucciones privadas o credenciales, interrumpir el servicio, automatizar tráfico abusivo, subir contenido malicioso, suplantar a otra persona ni usar el sitio de forma ilegal. Podemos bloquear o suspender el acceso para proteger el servicio.
Reservas y trabajo pagado
Un pago reserva el producto o la sesión descrita en la página de pago enlazada. El alcance, agenda, cancelación, reembolsos, confidencialidad, propiedad y cualquier término adicional del trabajo pagado se rigen por los términos del pago y cualquier acuerdo escrito aceptado para ese proyecto. El texto del sitio por sí solo no amplía un alcance firmado.
Propiedad intelectual
El sitio, los materiales ECHO, diseños, textos, software y metodología pertenecen a Restrained Depth AI o a sus respectivos licenciantes.
Disponibilidad y responsabilidad
El sitio se ofrece “tal cual” y puede cambiar, pausarse o terminar sin aviso.
