Your showroom information
To open the free tools through this showroom, submit your email and accept the access terms. We store your email, selected language and tool, signup time, referring campaign labels and your separate choice about the Friday Card in our private Netlify storage.
A token in your browser remembers access for up to 30 days. It does not verify ownership of an email address. We record tool-opening events and their language to understand which invitations people use; an opening does not tell us what you do inside an external app.
The Friday Card is optional. You can request removal, correction or withdrawal from the email list at restraineddepth@gmail.com. We keep access records while needed to operate the showroom and honor your choices. Tool providers have their own privacy notices.

Your Role Library information
Library: when you add your email to unlock the ECHO Role Library, we store it in our private Netlify storage with your preferred language, when you accepted the Library Terms, and the entry, page and campaign link you signed up from. We use it to email you when we add new roles or packs.
The library counts your free opens, remembers whether you’ve unlocked it, and keeps any business details you type into “Fill in your business once” in your browser’s local storage. We never receive your business details. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes what the library stored.
You can unsubscribe, or ask us to correct or delete your information, at restraineddepth@gmail.com.
Tu información en la Biblioteca de Roles

Privacy notice
Plain-language summary: The free Consultant does not require an account or email. Your input must travel to AI providers to produce the requested transcription, analysis, or voice. ECHO Consulting does not build a consult-history database from those inputs.
What this site receives
If you use the free Consultant, you may submit typed text, a short microphone recording, or an image. The site also uses session storage in your browser to remember that the one-per-visit Consultant has been used. If you submit the inquiry form, we receive the name, organization, email address, and workflow description you enter.
How the Consultant processes input
- A short recording is sent through our server to OpenAI for transcription.
- Your typed or transcribed text, and any image you choose to upload, is sent through our server to Anthropic to create the one-time consult response.
- If you choose “Hear the response,” the response text is sent through our server to OpenAI to create AI-generated audio.
The site does not save a browsable consult history or create a user profile from these inputs. Hosting and AI providers may process technical logs and request data under their own service terms and retention controls. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive personal information.
Forms, checkout, and external links
Netlify processes the inquiry form so we can reply. Stripe processes checkout on its own site. Links to Restrained Depth products take you to separate pages that may have their own notices. This site does not currently run advertising pixels or behavioral analytics scripts.
Security and retention
API credentials remain server-side. Requests use encrypted HTTPS in transit when the site is deployed normally. No internet service is risk-free. Inquiry messages are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Your choices
You can use the site without the Consultant, avoid uploading an image, use text instead of a microphone, or contact us directly. To request access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry you sent, email restraineddepth@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain records where law permits or requires it.

Cómo se procesa la consulta
- Una grabación breve se envía por nuestro servidor a OpenAI para su transcripción.
- Tu texto escrito o transcrito, y cualquier imagen que elijas subir, se envía por nuestro servidor a Anthropic para crear la respuesta única.
- Si eliges “Escuchar la respuesta”, el texto de la respuesta se envía por nuestro servidor a OpenAI para crear audio generado por IA.
El sitio no guarda un historial navegable de consultas ni crea un perfil de usuario con estas entradas. Los proveedores de alojamiento e IA pueden procesar registros técnicos y datos de solicitudes conforme a sus propios términos y controles de retención. No envíes información confidencial, regulada o personal altamente sensible.
Formularios, pago y enlaces externos
Netlify procesa el formulario de contacto para que podamos responder. Stripe procesa el pago en su propio sitio. Los enlaces a productos de Restrained Depth llevan a páginas separadas que pueden tener sus propios avisos. Actualmente este sitio no ejecuta píxeles publicitarios ni scripts de analítica conductual.
Seguridad y retención
Las credenciales de API permanecen en el servidor. Las solicitudes usan HTTPS cifrado durante el tránsito cuando el sitio se despliega normalmente. Ningún servicio de internet está libre de riesgo.
